Scheduling   Appointments

To schedule an appointment: 1. Call the front desk at our Meridian location (Meridian: 208-258-7917) for a brief 5-minute free, confidential phone screening with one of our practicum counselors. 2. The counselor will ask you some questions about why you are seeking treatment. If it sounds like we might offer the services you need, we will schedule your intake appointment. 3. The intake appointment can take up to 2 hours; we will also administer 2 or 3 cognitive and personality assessment measures after the interview or in a separate appointment. 4. Qualified clinic staff will review the information you provided to the clinician and determine if our clinic has the kinds of services you need (which is usually the case). Psychology Extenders We are able to bill psychological testing and therapy services to most insurances for certain graduate students, but this isn’t a guarantee.  If you are wanting to use your insurance, please ask if there is a graduate student who is also serving as a psychology service extender to see if there are any openings; otherwise, most patients are self-pay.
